Not only do I struggle saying no. When I do, I feel like I have to apologize and give a series of excuses.

But this doesn’t happen to me with men only. I’ve had a hard time saying no to friends, at work, even to strangers.

I’m most afraid of confrontation. It makes me really anxious. I build up conversations in my head to try to mentally prepare myself.
