Glad this post made you think about your relationship with Facebook. I'm so sorry someone hijacked your account! That's awful and a huge invasion of your privacy.

We've become addicted to many social media platforms, and that's their goal. The more time we spend on them, the more exposed we are to adverts.

I understand where you're coming from. I used to check FB constantly, I was obsessed with it.

I think it's important we challenge the role these platforms play in our lives.

Don't be ashamed, many of us have gone down that rabbit hole. I'm sure you'll feel lighter without FB in your life.
